Hey y’all i’m about to cry: my album, Songs to the Monster Under My Bed, is out! this project, a collection of silly little ditties about fear and healing, is the product of four years of work and guys - I’m so frickin proud of myself. but that pride is NOTHING compared to the gratitude I feel: to Matt “Sabyu” Sablan for being the most incredible producer/multi-instrumentalist, encouraging me to record this album, and helping me get into songwriting in the first place, to Zoser Dunbar for playing guitar and being one of the most precious people in my life, to Grafton Downs for playing bass and being one of the loveliest friends i’ve made in recent years, to Olivia Green for playing drums and helping me to believe in my songwriting abilities, to Thaddeus Turner for playing guitar and synths for being my mentor along with Daniel and the rest of the Totem Star gang, to Michael Grant for playing piano and his infinite patience and humor, to Betsy Siegal for the INCREDIBLE cover art, to Cirrus Levine for helping out with recording upright bass and putting up with me sending him every demo of every song, to my friends Logan LeBeau, Helen Albright, Sam Spector, and Erica Gill for all the encouragement, to my mom for literally everything, and to all of you guys for your kindness and love and validation.
